A Fun Day

The boys continued their lessons on innovation and science this morning. The afternoon was full of excitement. The classes each had an activity for the afternoon. One class went into Edinburgh to the National Museum of Scotland. They learnt all about famous Scottish innovators.

Yuki Hara came back to tell me all about Robert Stevenson who introduced oil lamps and clockwork machines. He said the boys found it all very interesting. The other classes did a project of building rockets out of materials such as plastic cups and clay. Congratulations to Tsuyoshi, Naoki and Takashi who won the Rocket competition! The ghost tour of the college was this evening and they are looking forward to their International Dinner tomorrow night!
